21/07: Gourmet July camp - The art of healthy desserts
Get a full immersion into our professional kitchen by learning different techniques and flavours during our summer cooking camp!
In this delicious and mindful baking class, our young chefs will discover how desserts can be both nourishing and indulgent.
We’ll prepare a light coconut flan, exploring natural sweetness, gentle baking techniques, and how to achieve a smooth, silky texture. Children will learn about balancing flavours while working with wholesome ingredients that enhance both taste and nutrition.
Alongside it, we’ll create a rich chocolate flan — focusing on texture, careful mixing, and understanding how cocoa brings depth without overwhelming sweetness. We’ll discuss how thoughtful ingredient choices can transform classic desserts into lighter, feel-good treats.
We will finish the class with some frozen fruity bars. The perfect dessert or snack dueing the summer.
This masterclass encourages creativity, awareness, and confidence in the kitchen — proving that healthy desserts can be just as satisfying, elegant, and full of flavour.
