Can I show up to the kitchen without booking?
For safety reasons, we require essential information about your child before they join our kitchen. Please note that only children booked through our website can be welcomed on the day of the class.

My child has specific dietary requirements
When booking a class, we kindly ask that you let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance. If you have any concerns, please get in touch with us before completing your booking so we can confirm whether we’re able to accommodate your needs.

Do I need to bring anything?
Bring a big smile! 😃 For our holiday camps, birthday parties, weekend classes and private tuition, we provide everything your child needs: ingredients, aprons, chef hats, takeaway bags and kitchen utensils. For our after-school clubs, we simply ask you to bring along an apron and some containers for the delicious creations.

Are the chefs trained for working with children?
Yes! All our chefs are trained to work with children and are professional chefs. Our staff also hold DBS checks, as well as safeguarding and first aid certifications.”

What happens if I am late at the collection time?
We allow a 10-minute grace period for collection. After this, a fee of £50 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay. Please note that if a child has not been collected within one hour, we are required to contact the police and your child will be placed in their care.

I am not sure about my child's allergies
If your child has any allergies, please inform us before booking. Should an allergic reaction occur during class, we will act immediately — contacting you straight away or, if necessary, calling 999 for emergency assistance (including administering an epipen if required)
