Weekend Classes
Our Weekend Classes bring something special to the En Cuisine kitchen: visiting chefs with deep expertise in a single craft: French patisserie, Asian street food, fresh pasta, classical baking, sharing the techniques they've spent their careers refining. Each class is a focused, hands-on culinary masterclass built around a single subject.
Your young chef will spend the session working alongside a chef, learning the small, careful details that distinguish a good cinnamon roll from a great one, a passable madeleine from a perfect one, fresh pasta that holds its bite from pasta that doesn't. Every class is practical, sensory and built around real techniques, no shortcuts, no boxed mixes, no compromises.
We're constantly bringing new guest chefs and new themes into our weekend programme, so the calendar evolves with the seasons. If your young chef has a particular cuisine or technique they're longing to learn, get in touch, we may be able to design a class around it.
For every weekend class, please flag any allergens or dietary requirements when you book and we'll do everything we can to accommodate.
