£99.00

Get a full immersion into our professional kitchen by learning different techniques and flavours during our summer cooking camp!

Join us for a delicious culinary journey to India, where young chefs will explore bold spices, rich aromas, and comforting flavours.

In this hands-on session, children will prepare a classic Butter Chicken by learning how to balance spices, create a creamy tomato-based sauce, and understand the importance of layering flavours. Alongside it, they will cook a hearty lentil stew, discovering how simple ingredients can transform into something deeply nourishing and full of character.

Throughout this session, we’ll talk about spices, texture, and taste, encouraging children to smell, season, stir, and confidently build flavour step by step.
