27/10: Mini chefs: Stuffed butternut

Our Mini Chefs (ages 3–5) are cooking up something cozy and colorful! In this fun hands-on class, little chefs will discover the sweet and nutty flavor of butternut squash while helping to make their very own stuffed butternut dish.

During the workshop, children will:

- Explore butternut squash—its shape, color, and taste.
- Help with safe, age-appropriate kitchen tasks like scooping, filling, and sprinkling toppings.
- Learn how different ingredients come together to create a warm, tasty dish.

This class is designed to:

  • Encourage curiosity about seasonal vegetables.

  • Build confidence through hands-on cooking.

  • Develop fine motor skills in a playful, safe setting.

At the end, our Mini Chefs will proudly share and enjoy their stuffed butternut creation—a perfect autumn treat made with love!

Class structure

Hands on cooking classes where your children are in charge of doing everything from scratch with the help of a chef instructor. They will be guided through the step-by-step recipes and get some demonstrations performed by the chef instructor who is running the session. The exact format will vary from class to class depending on the style of cuisine and length of the course. Children will get a chance to play and eat what they have cooked by having a break from 11.40 to 12.00pm. Time frame might changed depending on the group and recipes made on the day.


Included in the price

  • All ingredients

  • All cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our kitchen for use on the day.

  • Water

  • Drop off session from 10am to 12pm

What you need to bring:

  • Flat-soled and close toe shoes. No heels in the kitchens.

  • Hair clips

  • Tupperware to transport your products home
