08/04: Mini chefs Easter camp: meat balls
Calling all little food explorers! In this fun, hands-on workshop, our Mini Chefs (ages 3–5) will roll up their sleeves, put on their aprons, and discover the joy of cooking while making a delicious Meat balls
Roll up your sleeves for a fun cooking session in our Mini Chefs homemade meatballs workshop! In this hands-on class, young chefs will learn how to make delicious, juicy meatballs from scratch.
Our mini chefs will:
Mix minced meat with herbs, spices, and simple ingredients
Learn how to shape perfectly sized meatballs
Discover how flavours come together to make a tasty dish
Help prepare a simple sauce to enjoy with their meatballs
Along the way, children will practise essential kitchen skills, learn about seasoning and flavour, and gain confidence preparing a classic homemade meal.
Perfect for: Young cooks who love savoury food and want to learn real cooking techniques.

Class structure
Hands on cooking classes where your children are in charge of doing everything from scratch with the help of a chef instructor. They will be guided through the step-by-step recipes and get some demonstrations performed by the chef instructor who is running the session. The exact format will vary from class to class depending on the style of cuisine and length of the course. Children will get a chance to eat what they have cooked by having a break from 11.30qm to 12pm. Time frame might changed depending on the group and recipes made on the day.

All cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our kitchen for use on the day.
Water
Drop off session from 10am to 12pm
What you need to bring:
Flat-soled and close toe shoes. No heels in the kitchens.
Hair clips
Tupperware to transport your products home
Contact us before booking if you need to swap some ingredients. (We try to cater for most of the specific diets when possible)
Not suitable for children with the following allergies or food intolerances/diets: Gluten, dairy, eggs, vegan, vegetarian
