31/10/26: Halloween chocolate egg

£110.00

In this fun and slightly spooky baking session, our young chefs will explore the magic of chocolate work as they create their very own Halloween chocolate eggs: beautifully moulded, glossy, and full of surprises inside.

Working in a small group (1 chef for 6 students), your young chefs will learn the fundamentals of working with chocolate: how to melt it gently to preserve its shine, the basics of tempering for that perfect snap and glossy finish, and how to carefully fill moulds to achieve clean, professional-looking shells.

Once our eggs are set, the real fun begins. Children will fill and decorate their chocolate eggs with a selection of treats and surprises before sealing the two halves together, discovering how a little patience and a steady hand transform simple chocolate into something truly magical.

We'll then move on to decorating, where Halloween creativity takes over. Using dark chocolate, edible decorations, and spooky touches, children will personalize their eggs with cobwebs, ghosts, pumpkins, and all sorts of frightfully fun details.

This class is all about technique, creativity, and a little bit of Halloween magic. A refined yet playful experience that builds both confidence and skill and sends every little chocolatier home with their very own beautifully decorated Halloween chocolate egg, ready to be cracked open and enjoyed.
