07/04: Mini chefs Easter camp: Healthy baking
Calling all little food explorers! In this fun, hands-on workshop, our Mini Chefs (ages 3–5) will roll up their sleeves, put on their aprons, and discover the joy of cooking while making a delicious Courgette and chocolate cake
Join us for a fun and surprising baking adventure in our Mini Chefs Courgette & Chocolate Cake Workshop! In this hands-on session, young bakers will learn how to turn simple ingredients into a rich, moist chocolate cake—with a healthy twist.
Our mini chefs will:
Grate fresh courgette to add natural moisture to the cake
Measure and mix ingredients to create a delicious chocolate batter
Learn how vegetables can be used in baking
Decorate their cake with chocolatey toppings
Along the way, children will practise important baking skills, explore new ingredients, and discover that vegetables can make cakes extra soft and tasty.
Perfect for: Curious young bakers who enjoy chocolate and love discovering fun new recipes.

Class structure
Hands on cooking classes where your children are in charge of doing everything from scratch with the help of a chef instructor. They will be guided through the step-by-step recipes and get some demonstrations performed by the chef instructor who is running the session. The exact format will vary from class to class depending on the style of cuisine and length of the course. Children will get a chance to eat what they have cooked by having a break from 11.30qm to 12pm. Time frame might changed depending on the group and recipes made on the day.

All cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our kitchen for use on the day.
Water
Drop off session from 10am to 12pm
What you need to bring:
Flat-soled and close toe shoes. No heels in the kitchens.
Hair clips
Tupperware to transport your products home
Contact us before booking if you need to swap some ingredients. (We try to cater for most of the specific diets when possible)
Not suitable for children with the following allergies or food intolerances/diets: Gluten, dairy, eggs, vegan
