Introduce your little ones to the joy of baking with this fun, hands-on Mini Chefs Class designed for children aged 3–5 years. In this playful workshop, children will learn how to make Cordola biscuits, a sweet, crunchy treat, while exploring basic baking skills in a safe, engaging environment.

The class focuses on creativity, sensory play, and learning the fundamentals of baking. Each child will participate in mixing, shaping, and decorating their biscuits, developing confidence and a love for cooking.

During the class, your mini chefs will:

  • Learn age-appropriate baking techniques like mixing, rolling, and cutting dough

  • Make their own Cordola biscuits from scratch

  • Decorate biscuits with colorful toppings in a fun, safe way

  • Explore basic kitchen safety and hygiene

  • Enjoy taking home their delicious creations

This class is perfect for preschoolers, encouraging hands-on learning, creativity, and early cooking skills in a fun and social setting.

Class structure

Hands on cooking classes where your children are in charge of doing everything from scratch with the help of a chef instructor. They will be guided through the step-by-step recipes and get some demonstrations performed by the chef instructor who is running the session. The exact format will vary from class to class depending on the style of cuisine and length of the course. Children will get a chance to eat what they have cooked by having a break from 11.30am to 12pm. Time frame might changed depending on the group and recipes made on the day.

  • All ingredients

  • All cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our kitchen for use on the day.

  • Water

  • Drop off session from 10am to 12pm

What you need to bring:

  • Flat-soled and close toe shoes. No heels in the kitchens.

  • Hair clips

  • Tupperware to transport your products home
