22/11/26: Cinnamon rolls masterclass

In this warm and inviting baking session, our young chefs (6-12 years old) will explore the timeless charm of cinnamon rolls: the soft, swirled, golden buns that fill the kitchen with the most irresistible aroma.

Working in a small group of no more than 7 students, children will learn the fundamentals of enriched dough: how to bring flour, butter, milk, and yeast together into a smooth dough, why kneading matters, and the patience involved in letting the dough rise to perfection.

We'll then move on to the fun part, rolling out the dough, brushing it with butter, and generously sprinkling over a fragrant cinnamon-sugar filling before carefully shaping each swirl. Children will discover how a few simple techniques can transform basic ingredients into something truly special.

Once baked to a beautiful golden brown, we'll finish our rolls with a smooth cream cheese glaze, learning how the right finishing touch can elevate a bake from lovely to unforgettable.

This class is all about technique, patience, and the joy of homemade baking. A warm and refined experience that builds both confidence and skill and sends every little baker home with a box of beautifully swirled cinnamon rolls to share.
