In this comforting and hands-on baking session, our young chefs will learn how to create soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls from scratch.
We’ll start by working with enriched dough, discovering how yeast activates, why kneading develops structure, and how resting time creates that light, airy texture. Children will practise rolling dough evenly, spreading the cinnamon filling generously, and shaping perfect swirls.
We’ll also explore the balance of sweetness and spice — understanding how cinnamon brings warmth and aroma, and how a simple glaze can enhance both texture and flavour.
This masterclass focuses on patience, precision, and confidence in baking. From mixing to the final golden bake, children will experience the full process of transforming simple ingredients into beautifully risen, bakery-style cinnamon rolls.
