Ingredients:
Ingredients for the dough:
-129g flour
-1 teaspoon of olive oil
-Salt, black pepper
-1 teaspoon of dry herbs
-1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Ingredients for the filling
- 3 onions
-2 garlic cloves
-Anchovy fillet (minimum 6)
- Olive oil
- Basil leaves and thyme
- Salt and black pepper
Utensils:
- A big pot 
- A spoon 
- A knife 
- A chopping board 
- A sauce pan 
- A pin tin 
You can also make a focaccia instead of a classic pie.
Step-by-step recipe:
- Preheat your oven at 190C. 
- In a mixing bowl, put all the ingredients for the pastry and make a dough by hand. The dough has to be soft and stretchy. 
- Add some more olive oil if needed. Flatten your dough and put in the cake tin. 
- Cook it until golden (20 minutes) Meanwhile, peel and chop your onions as thin as possible. 
- Sweat them in a frying pan on medium heat. Season. 
- When the pie is cooked, spread your cooked and caramelised onions on the top.
