Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 6 dishes 
Ingredients:
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil 
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves. (Don’t forget to wash the leaves before used) 
- Chop the leaves very thinly and put them in an ice cubes tray. 
- Pour the olive oil until level and freeze. 
- Use the frozen basil/olive oil cubes when you cook to bring flavors. 
Utensils:
- A chopping board 
- A knife 
- A frying pan 
You can use any aromatic herbs, from oregano, thyme, rosemary to mint
