Mint sauce
Ingredients (for 2 persons):
30 g fresh mint leaves
2 tbsps hot water
1 tbsp granulated sugar
3 tbsp champagne vinegar
1 small chili
Salt and black pepper
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Utensils:
1 blender
OR
1 chopping board
1 knife
Change the flavours by using different types of vinegar 9Sherry, red, champagne…)
Step-by-step recipe:
In your blender pour the hot water and add the sugar. Let it dissolve.
Pour the vinegar.
Add the cleaned mint leaves.
Blend and adjust the seasoning.
Put in a pot and add some chopped and fresh chili
