Mint sauce

Ingredients (for 2 persons):

  • 30 g fresh mint leaves

  • 2 tbsps hot water

  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 3 tbsp champagne vinegar

  • 1 small chili

  • Salt and black pepper

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Utensils:

  • 1 blender

  • OR

  • 1 chopping board

  • 1 knife

Change the flavours by using different types of vinegar 9Sherry, red, champagne…)

Step-by-step recipe:

  1. In your blender pour the hot water and add the sugar. Let it dissolve.

  2. Pour the vinegar.

  3. Add the cleaned mint leaves.

  4. Blend and adjust the seasoning.

  5. Put in a pot and add some chopped and fresh chili
