
Beef carpaccio
Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
500g bavette
100g parmesan
1/2 lemon juice
Rocket salad
Salt, black pepper
Utensils:
A chef knife
A chopping board
A serving plate
You can do the same technique and pour soy sauce instead of lemon
Step-by-step recipe:
Sharpen your knife. It is the key to get very thin slices of meat.
Slice your beef as thin as you can. It has to be translucide. If needed, place slices between two sheets of parchment and gently pound them thinner with a meat mallet or the bottom of a pan.
Lay the beef slices on a plate, slightly overlapping.
Drizzle some olive oil and lemon juice.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Shave the parmesan and add some rocket salad.
